This is something that a lot of non-profit fundraising and communications professionals come up against. In today’s Storytelling Q & A I’m answering a question from Heather that gets to the heart of this issue.
Heather asks:
“I work at a legal advocacy organization in California. We’re just starting to use stories in our fundraising, but one problem that I’m coming up against is where and how to use our stories. It seems like there are a lot of ways to use stories and I’d like to know what channels and mediums you think are best.”

As I mentioned in the video, there are a lot of ways to use stories. In appeals and in donor stewardship are two great options.
