    When capturing stories to share it helps to always ask “what could we have done better in the process?” What could we have shown you, sent to you, have you read, etc, that would have made your journey easier or better? The answers we get drive our future efforts to ensure that in addition to telling powerful, mission-focused stories, we are meeting real needs of patients and families we serve. It mixes very well with donor focused communications as well.
