This is a key question all non-profits should consider as it gets to the heart of their messaging and its consistency (or lack thereof). I discussed the difference between episodic stories and long-term narrative. There were also some great questions about differentiating one non-profit from others and I offered some tips to help everyone think about their differentiator.
