Storytelling Q&A

How Can We Show Funders That We’re Resourceful In Order To Get More Funding?

I am fascinated with how organizations position themselves to their community.

Maybe it’s because I do a lot of copywriting work for my clients coupled with my love for great marketing.

But most likely it’s because how you position your organization (or project) can determine whether or not someone wants to donate to it.

In this week’s video blog, I’m answering a reader’s question on this very topic and sharing two ideas to help you perfect your positioning.

If you’ve ever struggled to position your organization’s work in the right way, I hope these two tips give you direction and new inspiration.

As someone who’s worked with non-profits as well as grant-making organizations, I’ve seen both sides of this conversation.

But what makes me optimistic is that non-profits can start to change how they are sharing their work with the community to become well loved and well funded.

As always, thanks for watching and reading!
