I work with a lot of non-profits on their communications and fundraising strategies and one of the things I'm consistently surprised to find is that they don't have a non-profit communications plan in place. If your organization has strategic communications goals, you need a plan in place to give you a road map to achieve your version of success.
When you think of creating a communications plan, you might think that you have to create a 12-month plan. Creating a 12-month plan can be a big task and I personally find it difficult to find plan in such a granular way so far in the future.
My preference is to plan 90-days at a time and today's video is going to walk you through the steps to create your own 90-day plan non-profit communications plan.
